B&N’s engineering and architecture teams use advanced Building Information Modeling techniques to save time, enhance accuracy, and foster collaboration among project stakeholders. Our experience includes capturing 3D scans and point clouds with precise physical characteristics, asset data integration to manage Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) components throughout their lifecycle, detailed models for prefabrication, and the ability to leverage BIM’s clash detection capabilities to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems early in the design stage.
