B&N was one of two consultant teams responsible for reviewing highway and bridge design plans, computations, specifications and construction estimates for more than 1,000 individual projects. B&N also acted as the project liaison between the design consultants and the various INDOT divisions, keeping all parties informed regarding project activities and the projects on schedule.
The INDOT Consultant Plan Review Project received the 2005 Partnership in Excellence Award from the Federal Highway Administration.
