As the third-largest city in Arizona, the City of Mesa, Arizona, is a part of the Phoenix-Metro area that has seen exponential growth and change in the last few decades. In response to this growth is a desire to update ailing utilities and infrastructure across the City. B&N was selected to resolve ongoing water main breaks in an area located in North Central Mesa. Our team provided engineering services to replace water mains, stop ongoing water main breaks, and replace gas mains to update all mains to current City of Mesa standards quickly and efficiently. These changes have provided this mostly residential, single-family community with consistent water service and improved water pressure built to last for decades. The project design was completed on an expedited schedule in three months to provide the local community with a consistent and reliable water source.
