Burgess & Niple Elects Two New Owners
Burgess & Niple (B&N) is pleased to announce the expansion of its leadership team with the election of two new Owners.
Effective January 1, 2021, B&N’s newly elected Owners are:
Rachel Headings, CPSM
Rachel currently serves as Director of the Marketing Communications Division. She joined B&N in 2008 and has 20 years of marketing experience in the A/E industry. Rachel is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of long-range marketing strategy for the firm. Over the last five years she has led her team to enhance the firm’s pursuit process, execute promotional campaigns that increase awareness of B&N’s capabilities across multiple digital platforms, and bring uniformity to corporate branding standards.
Rachel graduated from Cedarville University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and is a Certified Professional Services Marketer.
Joe Stodolak, PE
Joe is the Director of the Northeast Ohio Transportation Group where he overseas transportation operations and marketing for the Akron and Painesville offices. Over the course of his 32-year career at B&N, Joe has led a wide range of transportation projects, including both local streets and interstates, bridge inspections and construction observation. In addition, he has assisted multiple communities in obtaining funding for improvement projects.
Joe is a graduate of Youngstown State University where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering.
