Burgess & Niple Elects Two New Owners
Burgess & Niple (B&N) is pleased to announce the expansion of its leadership team with the election of two ICON Consultant Group leaders to Owners of the firm.
Effective with the completion of the acquisition on April 1, 2020, B&N’s newly elected Owners are:
Angelo Belluccia, PE
As one of the founding Principals of ICON, Angelo has more than 30 years of experience in transportation planning and engineering services. Throughout his career, he has strategically planned and developed solutions for many complex transportation infrastructure and development projects in Florida. His project experience spans a broad range of facilities including roadways, land development, airports, rail and seaports for the public and private sectors.
Angelo is a graduate of the University of South Florida and a member of many professional organizations including the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the American Consulting Engineers Council.
Michael Mills, PE
Mike is also one of ICON's founders. His 30-year career in transportation and engineering includes stormwater design, water/wastewater, roadway, site civil and permitting. Mike specializes in comprehensive surface water management methods and computer modeling programs for hydrologic/hydraulic analyses necessary for stormwater and environmental permitting of large-scale projects. His expertise also includes stormwater management facility design, storm sewers and bridge hydraulics and scour evaluations.
Mike is a University of Central Florida graduate and has received accolades for his industry presentations, including the FHWA-Hydrologic/Hydraulic Technical Conference Presentation on the Northwest Mitigation Bank.
