Burgess & Niple to Acquire ICON Consultant Group
We are pleased to announce that on April 1, 2020 Florida-based transportation planning and design firm, ICON Consultant Group, will join B&N. Following the acquisition, which is expected to close on March 31, 2020, B&N will welcome ICON’s staff of approximately 40 professionals. The addition of ICON will extend B&N’s reach into the Florida market while complementing our existing transportation services.
For almost a decade, B&N and ICON have successfully partnered on transportation projects in the state of Florida. “Through this established working relationship, we have found that our cultures and core values are extremely well aligned,” according to Mark Bernhardt, PE, B&N President and CEO. “Our history of collaboration is how we know this new partnership will be a success and we are excited to welcome ICON to the B&N team.”
