B&N Elects New Owner and Business Development Director for Southwest Operations
Burgess & Niple is pleased to announce the addition of Arnie Cohen, PE, who has been elected a B&N Owner. Arnie will serve as Business Development & Strategy Director for Southwest Operations and lead the firm’s transportation practice in Texas.
Arnie has over 35 years of civil infrastructure project management experience and more than two decades of business management experience serving in executive leadership roles for A/E consulting firms. His technical expertise includes a wide range of transportation projects, including road and highway design, bridge design, traffic engineering, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, transportation, planning, construction management, right-of-way and value engineering.
Arnie will serve the Southwest region through B&N’s Austin office. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and the University of California, Berkeley, with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
