Burgess & Niple Elects Two New Owners


Burgess & Niple (B&N) is pleased to announce the expansion of its leadership team with the election of two new Owners.

Effective January 2, 2020, B&N’s newly elected Owners are:

Amy Rosepiler, PE

Amy joined B&N in 2003 and is currently the Director of the Columbus Roadway Design Section. During her 16-year career with the firm, Amy has led numerous complex urban design projects. These projects include roadway, complete streets, roundabout, and bicycle/pedestrian facility design; aesthetic and utility design coordination; and drainage design. She draws inspiration from being surrounded by other passionate professionals and has been involved in numerous committees, panels, and conferences over the course of her career. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University.

Joseph Reue, PE

Joseph is currently B&N’s Houston District Director. In this role, he leads planning, zoning, and design for a wide range of commercial, office, multi-family housing, single-family residential housing, senior housing, and public infrastructure projects. Joseph joined B&N in 2009 and has almost 30 years of industry experience. He is passionate about delivering awesome experiences to our clients while working to create a better tomorrow for our communities. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
