Dan Gallagher, AICP, will join an interdisciplinary and interactive panel at the Florida Bicycle Summit on November 15, 2024, in Winter Garden, FL, to discuss how communities across the nation and in Central Florida are breaking down internal and external silos to create bicycle-friendly communities. The panel will discuss how communities are collaborating across departments, governmental agencies, economic development associations, complete streets advocates, the safety community and are partnering with an array of community champions to advance bicycle-friendly communities.

The panel will share examples of how their work helped to shape and create more bicycle-friendly communities and detail transferable “lessons learned” for other communities to consider. The panelists include:
