Are you motivated, energetic and ready to support experienced engineers? Burgess & Niple is seeking an Office Manager to join our Tampa office.

B&N Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of duties and tasks related to office administration and operations of the Florida Operations Division
  • Support Florida Division and Operations Directors in achieving business and staff development goals, and culture/office environment objectives
  • Organize business functions and social events
  • Support section managers and staff on project management, project development, reports and deliveries
  • Working with other B&N staff, coordinate client and in-house meetings, including scheduling, setup, distribution of agenda, meeting announcements, and catering
  • Gather, interpret, and analyze information for reports and proposals
  • Liaison with accounting department for business operations invoicing and billing requests
  • Train new employees on company procedures and B&N project software

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, planning skills and ability to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High School Diploma
  • Currently holds or has the ability to obtain Notary Public within 1 month of being hired
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Suite or Bluebeam
  • Strong collaboration skills and works well with a team
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Pro-active and direct mindset with the ability to manage a variety of duties
