B&N Transportation Engineer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Professional Engineers and design staff
• Participate in delivering professional services related to all aspects of transportation design to a wide variety of clients throughout Florida including the Florida Department of Transportation as well as our wide range of municipal clients
• Assist in the design and production of roadway, drainage and/or traffic construction plans
• Learn and develop your skills creating conventional plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates
• Interact with clients, governing agencies, and the public

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil engineering program
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• 0-2 years of related civil engineering experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
