Burgess & Niple is looking for a Project Representative that is passionate about growing their career and supporting the growth of our Parkersburg location. 

B&N Project Representative Responsibilities:

• Observe and monitor construction work of limited complexity
• Track quantities and confirm construction is performed in accordance with the plans and specifications
• Interact with contractor’s field crew to help meet project goals
• Complete daily reports and interact with owners and B&N project manager as needed for progress updates and non-conformance reports

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or college graduate preferred but would consider related experience
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; able to travel within the region
• Strong and effective communication skills that will make an impact on projects for our clients in the public or private sector
• 20 years of related experience, preferably in construction, and capability to monitor several types of work activity
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions and can handle moderate lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Can lift and carry 30 pounds
• Ability to work in field conditions on a construction site in rough terrain
