Transportation Engineer/Project Manager

Collaborate with some of the top transportation experts in the industry to develop bridge, roadway and highway design improvement projects and create new transportation infrastructure across the nation, within the ODOT network or alongside local agencies.

B&N Transportation Engineer/Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and production of transportation and roadway plans for DOT and local agency bridge or roadway projects
  • Participate in preparation of proposals including scope, budget and deliverables 
  • Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery
  • Monitor quality control, performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk
  • Provide guidance and technical oversight for junior engineers and CADD technicians in-person and remotely
  • Engage and coordinate with multi-discipline team members internally and externally 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, civil preferred
  • P.E. License in the state of Oklahoma or ability to obtain through reciprocity
  • Seven or more years of related transportation design experience is preferred
  • Experience with CAD design software  
  • Transportation design project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
