Collaborate with some of the top bridge design professionals in the industry as a Project Manager/Bridge Engineer as part of our corporate growth initiative in Oklahoma. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with the desire to learn and assist with growth in transportation engineering in Oklahoma.

B&N Project Manager/Bridge Engineer Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and production of bridge plans for ODOT and local agency projects.
  • Maintain quality control of the work product and successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Coach junior level staff and collaborate with PE’s across the firm.
  • Proposal development and client relationship management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program, Master’s degree a plus
  • P.E. License in the state of Oklahoma
  • Ten years of related bridge design experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with MicroStation and bridge design software required
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple project pursuits and design teams
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
