B&N Project Architect Responsibilities

• Assist in project detail construction drawing development from design development to completing construction documents
• Work independently and coordinate architectural design efforts with engineering disciplines as part of a team providing design and technical leadership on select projects throughout various project phases
•  Interface with clients and manage existing relationships
• Conduct field visits during construction phase to monitor and review progress of construction and complete reports

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required from an NAAB accredited program
• Registered Architect in Virginia with a NCARB certificate not required but preferred. 
• Four or more years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, REVIT, AutoCAD and Bluebeam or Adobe 
• Client interfacing experience
• Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
• Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
