Begin your career working with some of the top engineering experts in the industry. Burgess & Niple is looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ.

B&N Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Actively deliver the study, design, and production of civil engineering projects. This includes active transportation, roadway, paving, grading, drainage, utilities, and related infrastructure
  • Collaborate with professional engineers within B&N’s Arizona operations and across the firm
  • Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for developing staff

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET-accredited program in Engineering 
  • 4+ years of experience
  • PE registration
  • Proven project delivery with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with design software packages
