Burgess & Niple is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our administrative staff in our firm’s headquarters located in Downtown Columbus, Ohio.

B&N Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Client invoice preparation
  • Help manage time and project systems
  • Process client payments and create bank deposits
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and internal staff

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years of billing/accounts receivable experience
  • Detail oriented with strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn, apply concepts and accept coaching from peers and supervisor
  • Experience with Engineering, Architecture or other professional service firm would be a plus
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
