Burgess & Niple is looking for a Construction Inspector to join our team in Austin South. This position is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our local team and utilize their technical expertise to complete interesting and challenging construction projects.

B&N Construction Inspector Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Construction Managers, Engineers, and Contractors
• Assist the community you live in by providing construction phase services from the bidding process through final project acceptance
• Participate in projects related to water/wastewater, land development, roadways, drainage, water quality, and site development
• Interact with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and governing agencies
• Construction administration duties with time in the field and in the office

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related
• 5+ years’ experience in construction management, inspection of water/wastewater projects and/or land development for residential, commercial, retail, and industrial type projects
• Have a passion for learning and developing your skills
• Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
• Valid driver's license required
• Microsoft Office experience preferred
