Are you motivated, energetic and ready to support experienced engineers? Burgess & Niple is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Austin South office.

B&N Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Assists staff with administrative tasks for project work with accurate deliverables
  • Coordinates travel, catering, vehicle service, or other event arrangements, reservations and maintains appointment calendars for services/maintenance
  • Coordination maintenance of company vehicles, office building, and lawn care services
  • Handles routine issues not requiring supervisor review and documents as needed
  • Processes mail and packages as well as office orders
  • Ordering business supplies, processing mail and shipping, take calls
  • Technical support on projects, such as data entry, preparing spreadsheets, formatting specifications, and reproducing plan sets

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, planning skills and ability to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High School Diploma
  • Currently holds or has the ability to obtain Notary Public within 1 month of being hired
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Suite or Bluebeam
  • Strong collaboration skills and works well with a team
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Pro-active and direct mindset with the ability to manage a variety of duties
