Come work with senior-level professionals at an established A/E firm that value employee input and collaboration. Burgess & Niple is looking for a Construction Representative. This position can be filled in our Austin N. or Austin S. office.

B&N Construction Representative Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design staff and contractors
  • Assist the community you live by providing construction phase services
  • Participate in projects related to water/wastewater, land development, roadways, drainage, water quality, and site development
  • Develop your skills managing bid/contract documents
  • Thrive in an organization that constantly adapts and evolves with client needs
  • Interact with clients, contractors, subcontractors, governing agencies, and the public

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • 8+ years’ experience in construction management/inspection of water/wastewater projects and/or land development for residential, commercial, retail, and industrial type projects a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • You enjoy construction management duties with a balance of time in the field and in the office
