I joined B&N when I was a high school senior interested in entering the engineering field. Using our tuition assistance program I earned a college degree while working in my area of study. That was 19 years ago. I have learned a lot and enjoy working in a supportive atmosphere with people who encourage innovation and recognize individuals for their good work.

I’m fortunate to work with a supportive leadership team who wants to see everyone succeed. I’ve been encouraged to be a leader, to own what I’m doing, and to try new things.
