B&N On the Job:

Brownfields Redevelopment – Through state voluntary clean-up programs, B&N investigates abandoned industrial sites in urban areas, develops clean-up plans, and helps buyers and sellers encourage new investment in these properties.

The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) – B&N investigates properties for features protected under NEPA, such as wetlands, endangered species, and significant historical or cultural resources.
